An original early 20th century British advertising tin issued by Reckitt, promoting Robin Starch, Brasso metal polish and Zebo liquid grate polish across multiple printed panels. This tin was produced as a household string dispenser, retaining its original serrated metal string cutter fixed to the lid. The painted surfaces feature period domestic scenes and the iconic Robin Starch bird, making it a strong example of multi-brand household advertising from the Edwardian period. The tin shows heavy, honest wear throughout, giving it excellent decorative and display appeal for collectors, interiors, or film and television prop use.
