How can I find out more about a specific item?
If you'd like more details about an item, feel free to get in touch with us using our contact form. We’re happy to provide additional photos or information to help you make a decision.
Are all of the items authentic?
Absolutely! We carefully source and authenticate all our pieces to ensure they are genuine antiques, vintage, or collectible items.
Can I return an item if I am unhappy with it?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days. UK deliveries typically arrive in 2–4 working days after dispatch. International deliveries can take 5–20 working days depending on customs.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. All orders are sent using tracked services. You’ll receive a tracking number once your item has shipped.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes – we offer free collection at selected fairs - Kempton, Lincolnshire, Malvern, Newark and Shepton. Contact us first to check which fairs we are attending.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes,we ship worldwide. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, contact us for a custom quote.
Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
International buyers may need to pay import duties or taxes depending on local rules. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
How do you package fragile items?
All items are securely packed with recyclable materials. Fragile or valuable pieces are double-boxed and cushioned to protect them in transit.
