Shipping policy

We carefully pack and ship all items from our UK base with tracked services to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition. Please review the information below before placing your order.

UK Shipping
We offer tracked delivery across the UK using Royal Mail, Parcelforce or a selected courier depending on parcel size and value.

  • Small parcels (under 2kg): from £4.95

  • Medium to large parcels (2–20kg): from £9.95 – £14.95

  • Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • Tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped

Europe Shipping
We ship to most EU countries using tracked international services.

  • Shipping costs start at £14.95

  • Larger items may incur additional shipping charges

  • Parcels will include all required customs documentation, but you may be responsible for import duties or VAT in your country

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for delivery

United States
Tracked shipping to the USA is available on all items.

  • From £16.95 for small parcels, up to £59.95 for heavier items

  • Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days

  • Items under $800 generally do not attract import duties, but delays may occur at customs

Rest of the World
We ship worldwide wherever possible.

  • Rates start from £18.95, depending on parcel weight and destination

  • Delivery times vary, typically 10–20 working days

  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges

Local Collection / Antique Fair Pickup
We offer free local pickup from selected UK antique fairs including Malvern, Kempton, Newark, and Shepton.

To arrange this:

  • Choose standard shipping at checkout

  • In the Order Notes, write “Pickup at [Fair Name]”

  • We will refund the shipping cost and confirm a collection time

  • Pre-arranged pickup only – we cannot accommodate drop-in collection

Heavy or Oversized Orders (Over 20kg)
Orders weighing more than 20kg are not eligible for automatic checkout shipping rates. If your basket exceeds this weight, please contact us via the contact form for a custom shipping quote. We'll calculate the most cost-effective and reliable courier service based on your location and item details. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a custom checkout link or invoice.

Packaging & Handling
All items are packed with care using recyclable and protective materials. Vintage and antique items are often fragile; we use appropriate padding and double-boxing when needed.

Processing Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. Larger or more delicate items may take slightly longer to prepare. We will always let you know if there’s a delay.

Delivery Issues
If an item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All items are sent via tracked services, and insured where applicable.
