Shipping policy

We offer tracked shipping across the UK and to selected international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, value and destination.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated delivery times provided by the courier or postal service. These may vary depending on parcel size, destination, customs processing and seasonal delays.

The delivery estimates in this policy are intended as a general guide. If there is any difference between the checkout estimate and the policy wording, the checkout estimate should be treated as the current service estimate for that order.


UK Shipping

We offer tracked delivery across the UK using Royal Mail, Parcelforce or a selected courier, depending on parcel size, weight and value.

  • Small parcels under 2kg start from £4.95.
  • Medium to large parcels from 2kg to 20kg start from £9.95 to £14.95.
  • Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

EU Shipping

We ship to most EU countries using tracked international services.

  • Shipping costs start from £14.95. Larger, heavier or higher-value items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout where possible.
  • Parcels will include the required customs documentation. Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, taxes or customs charges in their own country unless these have been collected at checkout or prepaid before dispatch.
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for delivery, although customs processing may occasionally cause delays.

Europe Non-EU Shipping

We ship to selected non-EU European countries using tracked international services.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, value and destination.
  • Parcels will include the required customs documentation. Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, handling fees or customs charges in their own country unless these have been collected at checkout or prepaid before dispatch.
  • Please allow 5–14 working days for delivery, although customs processing may occasionally cause delays.

United States Shipping

We offer tracked shipping to the USA. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight and value.

  • Where available, we may use services that allow customs duties or tariffs to be paid before dispatch, helping your parcel arrive without unexpected courier charges. If duties, tariffs, taxes or import charges are not collected at checkout or prepaid by us before dispatch, they remain the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery usually takes around 7–14 working days, although customs processing may occasionally cause delays.

Canada & Mexico Shipping

We offer tracked shipping to Canada and Mexico.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, value and destination.
  • Parcels will include the required customs documentation. Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs, handling fees or customs charges in their own country unless these have been collected at checkout or prepaid before dispatch.
  • Please allow 7–20 working days for delivery, although customs processing may occasionally cause delays.

Rest of the World Shipping

We ship worldwide wherever possible using tracked international services.

  • Rates start from £18.95, depending on parcel weight, size, value and destination.
  • Delivery times vary by country, but are typically 10–20 working days after dispatch. Customs processing may occasionally cause delays.
  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, tariffs or customs charges unless these have been collected at checkout or prepaid before dispatch.

Local Collection / Antique Fair Pickup

We offer free pre-arranged collection from selected UK antique fairs, including Malvern, Kempton, Newark and Shepton.

  • To arrange this, please choose standard shipping at checkout and write “Pickup at [Fair Name]” in the order notes. We will then refund the shipping cost and confirm a collection time with you.
  • Collection must be arranged in advance. We are unable to accommodate drop-in collection.

Heavy or Oversized Orders Over 30kg

Orders weighing more than 30kg are not eligible for automatic checkout shipping rates.

  • If your basket exceeds this weight, please contact us via the contact form for a custom shipping quote. We will calculate the most cost-effective and reliable courier service based on your location and item details. Once confirmed, we will send you a custom checkout link or invoice.

Packaging & Handling

All items are packed carefully using recyclable and protective materials wherever possible. Vintage and antique items are often fragile, so we use appropriate padding and double-boxing when needed.

Processing Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Larger, heavier or more delicate items may take slightly longer to prepare. We will always let you know if there is a delay.

Delivery Issues

If an item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

All items are sent using tracked services and insured where applicable. Please keep all packaging and take photographs of any damage, as this may be required for a courier or insurance claim.
