A fine antique single-handled herb chopper with a forged iron blade and turned wooden handle. Dating to the 19th century, this compact kitchen tool was used for chopping herbs, onions, and vegetables with a rocking or pressing motion.

The forged iron blade has developed a dark patina from age and use, while the wooden handle shows attractive wear and a smooth surface from handling. A practical yet decorative piece of rustic kitchenalia, perfect for display in a farmhouse kitchen or as an authentic prop for period settings.
