Antique Mother of Pearl Thread Winder – Fleur-de-Lis Cross c.1860s

This exquisite mother of pearl thread winder dates to around 1860 and features a classic cross form with ornate fleur-de-lis–style detailing to each arm. Beautifully hand-carved, it would once have been used by a Victorian needlewoman to neatly wind threads. Elegant and tactile, it’s a wonderful addition to any antique sewing collection or display.
