A charming antique Edwardian carved wooden breadboard, dating to the early 20th century. This circular breadboard features the word “Bread” hand-carved in Gothic script along the rim, flanked by simple foliate motifs. The board shows a warm, honeyed patina from years of use, adding to its rustic farmhouse character.
The reverse displays natural wear, with burnished areas from long service in the kitchen. This is a wonderful example of English domestic kitchenalia, perfect for display or continued use as a serving piece for bread, cheese, or charcuterie.
A collectible and functional piece of Edwardian kitchen history.
