Antique Singer Industrial Sewing Machine Oil Can, Embossed, Cleaned

An original antique Singer sewing machine oil can, embossed with the SINGER name and fitted with a long, tapered spout for accurate lubrication. Oil cans of this type were typically used in factory or workshop settings, where frequent oiling of industrial and domestic Singer machines was required.

This example has been cleaned and as a result has lost part of its original copper-toned surface finish. The remaining metal shows a darker, muted appearance with areas of wear consistent with age and historic use. While the surface is no longer fully original, the form, embossing and proportions remain correct and authentic.
