A beautiful and highly collectible Art Deco teapot produced by WMF in collaboration with Wächtersbach Keramik, Germany, dating from approximately 1910–1930. This elegant piece features the desirable blue pansy decoration known as “Dec. 2194”, repeated in a continuous band around the body.
The ceramic body is fitted with original WMF metal mounts and hinged lid, showcasing the refined combination of German ceramic craftsmanship and metalwork design typical of the early Art Deco period. Its clean cylindrical form, angular handle and elongated spout create a sophisticated modernist silhouette while the vibrant floral decoration softens the design beautifully.
An exceptional piece for collectors of WMF, Wächtersbach ceramics, Art Deco tableware or antique kitchenalia, and equally striking as a decorative display item in a vintage-inspired interior.
