A long vintage treen dairy spoon, hand carved from wood with a rounded bowl and straight elongated handle. The spoon has a lovely warm brown patina, with darker age toning and signs of use around the bowl. The handle has a hanging hole with old cord attached, making it ideal for display in a country kitchen, dairy, pantry, farmhouse interior or rustic kitchenalia collection.

This is a simple, practical working piece rather than a decorative love spoon, and it has the honest look of an old dairy or kitchen utensil.

Condition

Good vintage condition with age-related surface wear, patina, darker staining to the bowl, small marks, light scratches and general signs of use. There are visible grain lines and minor age lines to the bowl, but it remains solid and displays well. Please see photographs for detail.
