Antique 19th Century Sewing Accessories Tin

This mid-to-late 19th-century sewing accessories tin is by Huntley, Boome and Stevens Ltd (H.B.& S Ltd is in small print on the back of the lid), which later became Huntley & Palmer.

The front displays "C.C.B Treasure Box" along with labels for various accessories such as Pins, Darning Needles, Spool, Shuttle, Hooks & Eyes, and Pearl Buttons. Character illustrations of scissors, cotton reels, needles, and buttons adorn the edges, adding to its charm. Inside, there is a removable top tray for sewing accessories and a deeper compartment for additional items.
