A Vogue Americana dress by Jerry Silverman. Semi fitted and flared dress in slightly below mid or evening length with front V-neckline, cutaway, armholes, princess seaming and back zipper closing. Loose fitting jacket has pointed collar, blouson bodice pleated and gathered into waistband extending to tie ends and full length sleeves pleated into band cuffs.
