A loose-fitting, below-knee dress or top with front and back gathered into a narrow neckband extending into tie ends. Has a single layer ruffles around neckline, front neckline slit and full-length sleeves elasticated at lower edge to form a ruffle. The dress has side pockets in the side seams with a self tie belt. The below-knee skirt has the front and back gathered into the waistband with forward side seams, back zipper and side pockets.
