A classic vintage Sylvac rabbit in a warm honey-brown glaze. This charming seated rabbit is one of Sylvac’s earlier and simpler animal designs, with upright ears, rounded form and a beautifully textured surface that shows the glaze to great effect. The rich brown glaze has subtle tonal variation, pooling gently in the moulded fur texture. The base is clearly impressed England No. 2. A highly decorative piece, ideal for collectors of British art pottery or Sylvac animal figures, and perfect for shelf or mantel display.
