Vintage dental advertising and display group including two Colgate dental cream boxes with full contents, an unopened novelty whistling toothbrush in its original illustrated box, and a set of sample false teeth/shade teeth marked “L7 FERYL 02” on a black display strip.

The Colgate boxes are marked “Free Sample Dental Cream with Gardol” and include the original small tubes. The toothbrush box has charming bird graphics and wording including “I Like To Whistle, I Like To Brush”, with “Made in Hong Kong” printed to the side. The false teeth/shade sample makes this a particularly interesting group for collectors of dental advertising, chemist shop display, medical curiosities, vintage packaging or prop use.

A quirky and very displayable lot with strong mid-century pharmacy/advertising appeal.

Condition

Vintage used/display condition. The Colgate boxes have age-related wear, rubbing, creasing, softened corners and some opening wear, but retain their contents. Toothbrush appears unopened in its original box, with age-related wear and creasing to the packaging. False teeth/sample strip has light surface wear and discolouration consistent with age.
