Dewhurst’s Sylko Perlé Thread – Three Boxed Sets, 24 Reels

A substantial vintage sewing thread lot comprising three original Dewhurst’s Sylko Perlé boxed sets, produced by English Sewing Ltd – Thread Division. In total there are 24 reels of Sylko Perlé thread in a rich deep burgundy shade. Most reels remain factory sealed beneath their original plastic wrap; one box has no plastic covering. The boxes retain their original green and cream printed sleeves, marked “Fast Colour” and “Made in Great Britain.” A light dusty residue or surface bloom is visible beneath the plastic on some reels but wipes away easily and does not appear to have affected the thread. An excellent survivor grouping, ideal for collectors of sewing ephemera, display, interior styling, or prop use.
