An antique bisque googly-style doll head dating to the early 20th century, likely German, mounted on a later reproduction body. The bisque head has fixed side-glancing googly eyes (non-moving), painted lashes and softly modelled facial features typical of German character dolls of the period. The hair is a later replacement wig. The body is a modern reproduction with jointed limbs, and the doll is dressed in later clothing including a striped cotton shirt, black corduroy-style overalls with applied felt patches, and a matching cap. This is not an all-original doll and is offered as a decorative or character display piece rather than a collector-grade example.
