Antique Green's New Century Cast Iron Lawnmower Badge c.1925–1932

An original cast iron manufacturer's badge from a Green's New Century lawnmower, produced by Thomas Green & Son of Leeds.

Featuring a decorative crown, raised lettering and a central five-pointed star, the badge retains remnants of its original red painted finish.

The New Century lawnmower was introduced in 1900, with this star-pattern badge believed to date from the later years of production, around the 1920s to early 1930s.
