Antique Porcelain Doll Shoulder Head Bust 19th Century
An antique porcelain doll shoulder head bust dating to the mid–late 19th century. This charming example features glossy black painted hair, pale blue eyes and pronounced rosy cheeks, giving it a warm and characterful expression. The smaller scale makes it particularly versatile, suitable for shelf display, cabinets of curiosities, or use as a decorative antique object.
The piece remains in original, unrestored condition and shows the gentle surface variation expected of antique porcelain. There is a fine age-related crack to the shoulder plate (which has an old internal repair) and small manufacturing or age-related marks, all visible in the photographs and consistent with its age. The bust displays well from all angles and retains strong visual appeal.
