Singer Model 20 Childs Miniature Sewing Machine Clamp & Box
An original Singer Model 20 child’s sewing machine, complete with its original table clamp and original Singer box lid featuring the iconic green graphics and period advertising.
This is a genuine working miniature sewing machine produced by The Singer Manufacturing Co., designed to sew real stitches rather than serve as a toy, as proudly stated on the box: “This is not a toy but a real sewing machine.” Finished in classic Singer black japanned enamel with gilt “Singer” branding and trade mark emblem, the machine presents beautifully. The nickel-plated handwheel, stitch plate, and mechanism remain clean and mechanically complete. The original clamp allows secure attachment to a table, exactly as intended.
Singer Model 20 machines were produced in the early to mid-20th century and remain highly collectible today. This example is particularly appealing as a complete display piece with clamp and original branded packaging element.
