This is a Steiff British Collectors Teddy Bear from 2012, a limited edition piece produced exclusively for collectors. The bear is made from genuine caramel-tipped mohair, with jointed limbs, traditional black eyes, stitched nose, original chest tag and bell collar. It stands approximately 36 cm tall and comes complete with its original Steiff presentation box, certificate and paperwork, as shown. Limited to 2,000 pieces worldwide, this is a classic Steiff collector’s bear made in Germany and intended for adult collectors only. A desirable example from the British Collectors series.
